My 1st Date.

I am attending this ball
Dancing in the big ball room of the town hall…
Something buzzing in the jacket it cannot be my cigarette packet
Oh it’s my mobile phone
 Flashing a known name
That too with a strange ring tone.

It’s my good old friend
A fashionista often busy in setting a new trend.
Asked about my girlfriend she loves match making...
No I said ..I am single. with a smirk and a dimple
She confirmed its time to get mingle as if I am in her undertaking

She assured me…I won’t be single anymore
Her friend (Jenny)is beautiful she said but there is a problem
She sleeps while talking and she snores
With an unfamiliar frown, no worries I said
I’ll give her a tight hug,
while keeping my ears plugged

Party looks dull..I am getting bored
I walked away from the floor into the corridor
Coming up is my first date I hate to get late
7 in the morning she shouted as I walk past the gate

7 in the morning is going to be the prime time
Not to forget hook I need to tie the metal wind chime
I don’t see any harm in setting an early morning alarm
Only to get up early see clear azure sky and to get embraced by sun’s arms

It’s the day...

I walked into the garage
Driving my father’s car is no less than
Loitering in desert and looking at a Mirage

It leaves me with no option
I see my rat bike covered with dirt
It is enough to spoil my linen shirt
So…
I would prefer to walk….
The phone rings again
Voice says by 8 I must be at Blains’
To commute I need a coach.. may be a train
My wrong area aches as walking is a big pain

As I entered the restaurant…I see a gorgeous Lady
Its still morning but the place looks quite shady
Shall I approach her….yes, no.... maybe?

Suddenly..I slipped,flipped into her lap
Iam trying to get up but there is no gap
And the posture is perfect I deserve a clap
I turned pale it could be a one tight slap

I am really sorry I uttered! She said its ok.
Holding me in her arms she is looking like an upright of croquet.
She is so ravishing…I should have got her a bouquet.

Her smile can be compared sun shine
Her deep eyes send a chill through my spine
Only with you I want to dine and wine
Dance all day, all night…lets not think about the time
Falling in love after all is not a crime
All I want is you to be mine
Oh this feeling is so divine…

I am looking common interests to share
Only to find a few that too are very rare
We two will make a perfect pair
I don’t like to get public let it be a clandestine affair
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Huge Jenny walks in..

She weighs around a tonne
Asked me are you Anupammmm?
I know I am in a big problem
Smiling at me she looks like a big bun.
My heart says… son…its time to run!!
Cursing my Fate…I am saying Life is like a big fish and  I am a bait
Thank god I have that lady’s #
Something that I would remember

The Will

Still on Crutches...still a mountain to climb..
And when i look behind
there was nothing...not even my shadow...
Holding the bow. I remember i took a vow...
buck by the name uncertainty.. i need to Kill
i am looking at my quiver and there is only one arrow
Etched on it is my WILL..........

hmm..hiding in the bushes..oh you smart buck..
I am still holding the bow, trying my luck
the crutches are broken..n i am on the ground
run for your life, don't smile don't be still
your death is near..i am not saying so...its
...providencial...says my WILL.

The Buck is quick the buck is fast..
Oh my dear prey..i’ll chase to the last
I can’t let you go, can’t allow the failure to haunt
Can’t let the sarcasm sit at the peak
Pelting me with the pebbles of taunt.
...As the thoughts are grinding in the mill
All I remember I have an arrow and there is a buck I need to kill
You will get killed as I see at the apex of arrow..is smiling my Will.

It seems that I have lost you..
you have disappeared in the woods
I am not gonna ask those monkeys swaying on tree
they are careless,they are carefree..
bloody crooks...

Its too late..its getting dark..
The chase is on..i am following every single pugmark
losing you cannot be my fate..
being victorious is an ancestral trait..

My heart says leave it..its just a buck!
give up the hunt...its quarter past 8...get into the truck..

Its my predatory instinct..its my witty skill..

I see the crescent in the sky..
all i know...that you must die..

Finally, I hunted you down from top of the hill
pierced your heart..is not an arrow but my WILL.
